At this informative MVSC program, Ohio BWC Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist Brian Zachetti will discuss: Requirements for recordkeeping, proper understanding of OSHA forms, recordable and non-recordable workplace injury interpretations, general recording criteria and specific situations that must be recorded on OSHA Injury & Illness Recordkeeping documents, 1904 scope and requirements to ensure accurate workplace records. This session will also cover reporting requirements, electronic submission of records and recordkeeping considerations for COVID-19 events. Zachetti has been a Certified Safety Professional by the BCSP since 2002 and has consulted as an Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist for the Ohio BWC since 1999. He specializes in OSHA Recordkeeping and Lockout/Tagout.
