Many companies are investing in talent to compete in today’s global economy, but the best talent is wasted if people are not able to speak up, share ideas, or admit mistakes. In this conversation, we’ll explore the benefits of psychological safety for people, teams and organizations and identify steps to take to establish psychological safety for your team. 


Speaker: Cassie Kane

Cassie Kane is the Founder & CEO of the consulting firm, Kane Learning, based in central Ohio. Cassie founded Kane Learning in the fall of 2014 with one goal - to use her leadership and professional development experience to help organizations work smarter rather than harder. She is known for her ability to translate complex information into simple, strategic solutions that can be successfully executed and sustained by organizations over time. Her client list grew quickly, and she began to partner with experts in her field to support client needs. When the pandemic caused many organizations to pivot in 2020, Cassie led the Kane Learning team to shift from in-person engagements to virtual meetings, workshops, and e-learning. This strategy did more than keep the business afloat, it created new avenues for client services and satisfaction.
