Representative Tim Ginter is serving his fourth term as state representative for the 5th Ohio House District. He currently serves as the Speaker Pro Tem of the Ohio House. He has served as chair of the Community and Family Advancement Committee, as well as chair of the Advisory Board of the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
Representative Ginter has a broad background of work experience as a machinist, director of development and vice-president of marketing with an IT company, and has been an ordained minister for 39 years during which time he has pastored five different churches. He received his education at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Bible College.
