Gregg Richley is a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Robotics. A graduate of Chaney High School and a certified OSHA Outreach Trainer, Gregg brings decades of corporate EHS leadership experience, most notably as the longtime EHS Manager at Ajax Tocco Magnethermic in Warren, Ohio. Now retired from full-time work, he continues to support Ajax Tocco as a part-time safety consultant in their Service Department. Gregg is also the owner of Mahoning Valley Safety Consultants, where he leverages his deep industry knowledge to help businesses create safer, more compliant workplaces. He resides in Poland, Ohio with his wife of 49 years, and together they have raised three sons.
